KBK Obtains Appellate Opinion Defeat GoodLeap and Solgen Motion to Compel Arbitration

On February 2, 2024, a California Court of Appeal affirmed an order denying Defendants’ Motion to Compel Arbitration. The underlying case involves allegations that GoodLeap and Solgen relied upon on a forged electronic signature to contractually obligate Plaintiff to make monthly payments on an expensive multi-decade loan for what GoodLeap represented would be “free” solar panels.
