Patrick McManaman is an associate in the Fresno Office of Kemnitzer, Barron & Kreig. A San Joaquin Valley native, Mr. McManaman obtained a B.A. from CSU Fresno in 1981 and a Masters Degree in Political Science from Auburn University. After completing his Bachelors Degree, he entered the United States Air Force where he completed twenty years of active duty, where he achieved the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
After retirement from the Air Force, Mr. McManaman earned his J.D. (with Honors) from San Joaquin College of Law in Fresno, California, where he the recipient of six Witkin Awards for Academic Achievement, and was an extern for Justice Rebbeca Wiseman at the Fifth District Court of Appeal.
His practice emphasizes individual and class action cases in cases involving vehicle sales and loan violations, unlawful business practices, repossessions, debt collection, credit reporting, and tenants rights.
