Eric Kapigian is an associate in the Fresno office of Kemnitzer, Barron & Krieg. Mr. Kapigian is a native of the San Joaquin Valley. He received his B.S from CSU Fresno in 2001 and his J.D. with distinction, from San Joaquin College of Law in 2005. Since becoming a member of the California State Bar in 2005, he has dedicated his practice to representing consumers in cases involving Lemon Law and warranty violations, vehicle sales and loan violations, repossessions, debt collection, credit reporting, and unlawful business practices.
Mr. Kapigian is a member of several professional organizations devoted exclusively to consumer protection, including Consumer Attorneys of California, Center for Auto Safety, Californians for Auto Reliability and Safety, National Consumer Law Center, Public Justice, and the National Association of Consumer Advocates, and he is admitted to practice in the United States District Court (Eastern District) and all courts of the State of California.
