Elliot Conn is an associate in the San Francisco office of Kemnitzer, Barron & Krieg. Elliot received his B.A. in International Relations, with a minor in Chinese, from Colgate University in 2008 and his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt School of Law in 2011. In law school, Elliot served as an extern for the Honorable James Ware, United States District Court, Northern District of California and participated in the East Bay Community Law Center Neighborhood Justice Center Clinic, assisting low-income clients in a variety of consumer matters. Elliot has been with Kemnitzer, Barron & Krieg since 2010, and focuses his practice on representing consumers in auto repossession cases, individual actions, and complex lending class actions.
